Perform setup operations of aluminum products on CNC 4 and 5 axis machining centers, inspection of work, print reading, loading and unloading productions runs, tool setting and troubleshooting.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of CNC setup manufacturing, troubleshooting experience or 5+ years of CNC machining experience; Must be detail oriented, follow precise engineering processes, be leader and role model, mentor, and have a high commitment to safety, quality, and a team environment; Preference for 5 axis experience, Journeyman machinist, and 1+ years of CNC programming experience and or education.
Night shift hours are generally 5:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Friday
Some overtime may be necessary to meet customer demands
Weekend Shift
32 hours per week Friday through Sunday (or Saturday through Monday)
10 hours on Friday and Saturday
12 hours on Sunday
Paid for 40 hours
Up to 6 weekends off per year (schedule will change to Monday through Friday)
